At first, the room that we booked is so small & tight for us because we have a lot of luggages. So we decided to change our room and they gave us the room in front of the pool so we have an easy access to the pool & we enjoyed our jacuzzi. The room is spacious & nice. The staff are very accommodating & friendly.

I needed a quick stay near the airport. I arrived later in the evening. No major frills, disappointing breakfast it lacked variety. Very nice staff. I wasn’t thrilled with my room. I was like talked in the corner and super small. I had to have the shower door open in order to sit on the toilet. It was so teeny tiny. They were fake windows so I had no window and fresh air. I didn’t like that. The pool was a complete joke. You couldn’t even really do laps or exercise. It was kind of just a leisure pool very disappointing. That would be a one and done for me.

For the price this was a great find. The airport shuttle picked us up right from the gate and dropped us back off at 2am. They upgraded us to the back more quiet building near the pool which was newly redone. The staff was very nice. Perfect for a short stay in Cebu. Bar/cafe seemed nice out front and there are some bougie outlet stores just a block away.

Wanted to give a special thanks to Al Pollina and the staff. Our bags were delayed at the airport and they went out of their way to help us get them back despite the bad service from the staff at the airport. I would choose Eloisa over other hotels in the area as the service and location worked out better for my wife and I.
