Terrible experience! Disappointed..

It was terrible. I got 2 joint rooms, one with 2 queen size beds and one with 1 king size bed non smoking. Bedding had burnt holes, king size bed had a dent in the middle messed up my back. Had no toilet paper rolls, ever so often it smelled like sewer and I paid for 4 adults including breakfast and one hour to go there was no breakfast at all. Tried using the phone to call front office and there’s no line at all. Asked to speak to a manager and no one on site. High priced rooms with terrible everything. Only good thing was the location.

Surprised

As soon as I was going to check in the front desk informed me that there was no hot water running the hotel. I was bit upset but i was not going to another hotel cause it was more convenient for me and my family to stay. Possibly the next it would work. We left for dinner there were roaches in the rest room and in the room. This was a first for us to encounter. The next day took a shower no hot water. At least they informed us and the beds were comfortable temp was good but could have been a better experience not sure if ill stay there again.

Did not stay at the hotel after all, asked for a refund and was not given one. Roaches were all over the room, infested in the restroom couldn’t even walk without there being a roach or dirty.

Mala limpieza

Al.llegar a la habitacion nos toco la misma de hace 15 dias que fuimos. Al llegar nos percatamos que habia unos pañales que se nos habias quedado abajo de la cama , eso quiere decir que por lo menos tenian 15 dias sin barrer y trapear bien toda la habitación, dejando mucho que desear su limpieza, obviamente fui a la recepción a que me dieran una solución y fue cambiarnos de habitacion sin decir nada acerca de la limpieza, y aprte la recepcionista con muy mala cara para hacerlo , coml si le estuviera pidiendo un favor
