Along with 14 restaurants, this resort has 3 outdoor pools and a full-service spa. Additionally, a casino, a nightclub and 11 bars/lounges are on-site.
ARIA Resort & Casino offers 4002 accommodations with minibars and laptop-compatible safes. Beds feature premium bedding. 42-inch LCD televisions come with premium digital channels and pay-per-view films. Bathrooms include a separate bath and shower with a deep soaking bath, bathrobes, complimentary toiletries and hairdryers. Additionally, rooms include an iron/ironing board and blackout curtains. Housekeeping is offered on a daily basis and in-room massages can be requested. Cots/infant beds (complimentary) are also available.

The property was beautiful and easily accessible to all events/shows. The room was large and nicely decorated. Staff at check-in and check-out were friendly and helpful. Our only issue was housekeeping. During our 8 day stay we only had them come in twice. The first time was wonderful but the last time they came in, they only made the bed. The trash which was full and the dirty towels were left. On top of that, my makeup/foundation was open and all over the outside of the bottle like someone had used it or tried to pour it out. Disgusting! After that, we kept the privacy light on so they would not enter our room.

Rooms smelled of cigarette smoke for a non smoking hotel. Few small issues with the room but nothing to really complain about. Overall was still happy with our stay.

Don’t book here! Poor services. Staffs are trained to be harsh/rude to customers. I booked a deluxe 2 Queen Bed. They replaced with one bed and a rollaway bed. Staff Told me that the rollaway bed was my complimentary. I said excused me what did you said? So they realized they can’t cheat me, but tell me that’s the only option I had😬 So my check in was 11pm and I had no choice but took their offer. The story does not end here. I waited until 2AM for them to deliver the rollaway bed. They said they have no control over this. Of course I get on the phone to call front desk and request to talk to manager and they hang up because they tell me to keep waiting….i had enough of them so I don’t want to waist my time to tell the rest.
