Thin walls
Have stayed here many times. Walls are the usual paper-thin for hotels, so have experienced occasional noisiness from other guests, but it was usually very short in duration. This time three adult voices in the adjoining room started being really loud and obnoxious after 11pm, so after 15-20 minutes of this, we went down in person to report it to the front desk. Nothing happened; they couldn't even call the room to ask politely for the occupants to quiet down, so we packed up and checked out before midnight rather than lose a night's sleep. The loudness was still going on when we left.

The room was nice and clean but the choice no carpeting in the room above us made it so loud. We could hear nothing but walking and luggage being moved around in the room upstairs. Also we could literally hear the neighbor's cell phone chime with incoming messages, it seems the walls are really thin. Breakfast was nice.

Excellent Value for Money–Highly Recommended!
This hotel greatly exceeded expectations. One becomes used to a particular standard for a given price. This one was far better than expected. Check-in was smooth and friendly. The room was large, modern, clean and well equipped. There was plenty of parking. It’s dog-friendly and there’s a very nice park less than a block away. I could even charge my EV for free!

Was disappointed in this Best Western. This is the first negative review I have given a hotel. A faulty door lock caused us to multiple times need to be let into our room. It was not repaired nor were we were offered another room. From the first time we tried to enter our room until the final morning we were only able to get in twice without requesting assistance. Additionally, the front desk staff was rude and dismissive when we expressed our disappointment with our room assess. Beds and bedding were sub-par. Shower was dated and low pressure. Do not recommend.
