Our trip was good just a couple of things
Our stay at Caesars overall was good at times it got hot in the room there is only one vent, the fan in the bathroom didn’t work, the room was clean every other day, the casino is awesome lots of fun and a lot to do overall I give this 4 out of 5 stars

Great price months in advance. Of course all of Vegas provided “over-stimulation” but all areas within are well-marked overhead. Great food selection 24/7 and close to everything. Loved it!

We came in for the Garth Brooks concert. We were upgraded to a beautiful spacious room at a great price. At checkout there was a discrepancy in the price quoted vs the price that was charged. Even though i wasn't happy with it. What i did love that the receptionist took the initiative to make it right with no pushback. I have to add the concert was amazing!!!! Great customer service, see you next time Caesar's!!!!!

It is a great property… but had a terrible incident with an associate and she treated me poorly. I even extended my stay one more night but she ruined the experience challenging me to check out. I will never set foot again in any of the properties.

Dreadful service no amnenities.
This ancient hotel needs a refresh from top to bottom. When checking in, the on-line system doesn't work, stand in line to talk with an agent who is COMMITTED to upsale. Then wait an additional 2-3 hours for your prepaid room to be available. The room itself is poorly stocked with no towels. There is a nice coffee maker in the room, but there is, of course, a charge for the coffee. I had a delightful view of the rooftop air conditioning unit. Avoid caesar's palace it's dreadful

Our stay at Ceasars Palace was very nice and enjoyable. Our room was so unexpected! Very big, beautiful, clean and it was perfect for business meetings. The dining choices were so vast and food was excellent.
