The Manor King and Manor Double Queen room types are located in 5 buildings a half-block away from the hotel lobby and casino. Bed type is based upon availability for these rooms and will be assigned at check-in.

This property continues to decline. I have stayed here many times over the years and this time it was the worse then ever. No amenities in the rooms including an iron and other basics. Apparently now they only clean and refresh towels every three days, so pretty much no fresh towels. We even called and requested fresh towels and no one showed. The service at the front desk was about the same as the rest of the experience. It’s sad to see this property decline in this way. I will not be staying here anymore.

Not a bad place, carpeting could probably use some updating in the main tower. Skytower wasn’t too bad considering they’re refurbishing the elevators. This is definitely a more family-friendly property, if you’re looking for motion, you’ll want to stay more south along the strip

For the Wheelchair crews

For the ADA folks.. The hotel itself is located in the rear of the building so do yourself a favor and enter through the back if you are parking and not the front, you will save your arms if you're in a wheelchair and/or the person pushing you through the carpet floors. Check in process was a kiosk, but they do have staff there to help. The Elevators itself are different, different ones for different floors/levels so pay attention to the signs on the outside of them. Once you find your room, they are spacious. I got a regular king and it had enough room for the wheelchair to move freely about, although the bathroom entrance was a little tight, my husband was still able to maneuver to his liking. The rooms look a little dated, especially downstairs at the main levels. Room had a chair, lamp, king bed, desk, outdated tv, decent storage i will say, but no fridge or coffee maker.. although we didn't really need those. The view was decent if you looked past the below roofs, we had a sunrise view which i didn't mind. The towels were not the best but you get what you pay for. It did come with one kind of all in one soap dispenser, if needed. Check out process was a bit confusing.. they have a code to scan and everyone is huddled over it around check out time.. i had tried to scan it a handful of times before it worked. It then sends you a text asking for the name and room number and then thats all. You put your key in the drop and go. I didn't believe it was that simple too

Not a good family stay

Honestly it was not what i expected their was no doorbell help no valet. I had to do my own check in and checking out horrible it took 20 min to be able to go down at the elevator. Please was a circus for sure too much people over packed. plus cellphone service horrible no wifi at all in the casino or while being down in the 1st floor. I wont ever stay there the attraction place the staff needs to pay more attention on the fast lane we purchased fast lane bracelets and they wouldn't even call us the would take the regular line and not bother looking if anyone was standing in the fast lane.

WWhen reserving this property, I selected it based on the presence of a hot tub, the price, and its location. Upon entering the room, I found it to be aesthetically pleasing and noted that a refrigerator could be provided upon request. The location proved to be ideal for my needs. However, the check-in process was automated, which left me feeling as though I had taken on the responsibilities of the staff. Furthermore, I was not informed by Expedia that renovated rooms were available at a higher rate. The room I stayed in had significant plumbing issues also, as the bathtub filled up rapidly; also, the room was not the cleanest. Despite this, the staff responded promptly to my concerns and were courteous. I later had to inquire about the hot tub by calling the front desk and was misled by misinformation to later go down to get a map and to be told there was a hot tub. Lastly, it is worth mentioning that obtaining a refrigerator, even for medical purposes, incurs an additional charge. Additionally, extra pillows or blankets are not provided, so it is advisable to bring your own or be prepared to purchase them.
