The Manor King and Manor Double Queen room types are located in 5 buildings a half-block away from the hotel lobby and casino. Bed type is based upon availability for these rooms and will be assigned at check-in.

This hotel is super run down. There were blood stains on my sheets, no fridge, everything is really old so it looks dirty even if it might not be. I’ll never stay there again, especially for what I paid.

There was only one towel in the bathroom when we got there for four people. The halls all smelled like pot. The front security door was often open and did not seal. Garbage and trash littered the parking lot. Guests were smoking indoors although the building clearly stated no smoking and this was not monitored. There was no room service during the duration of our stay either.

Check in was horrible! Staff never changed the towels or the beds in our 4 day stay even once. The Casino and building smelled of dirty carpets and cigarette smoke with a terrible smell of a perfume in a lame attempt to mask the other odours! On top of that we had to pay a completely bogus resort fee. I used to be a pilot and have stayed in hotels in 3 continents and this stay was close to being the worst ever! Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere! Stay downtown at the 4Queens or the Golden Nugget instead. Better location and more fun for less money!
