Maintenance work on the property's lifts will take place until December 31, 2025. During this time, guests may experience some longer waiting time for the lifts and some noises from the maintenance work.
The Manor King and Manor Double Queen room types are located in 5 buildings a half-block away from the hotel lobby and casino. Bed type is based upon availability for these rooms and will be assigned at check-in.

The pool needs updating in areas and the property is older and just needs updating overall. I don’t like that you can’t make reservations to a front desk anymore and it has to be done online. I had a little trouble with reservations, but it did get worked out at the end and I think the concierge at the kiosk for that my room was fine. I had my dog with me and it worked out beautifully.

The property is run down and the staff were terrible. They also charged $56 to check in early when they had plenty of availability. There was no one running the front desk other than one person who would tell you you have to use the self service kiosk. The room had not been dusted in some time and some false eyelashes were left in the middle of our floor. The bedding had stains, the toilet flushed so hard it splashed me and the shower drain was clogged so it drained very slow. The location was convenient, but would not stay here again.

Upgraded to a newly remodeled room for an extra fee per night but it was not worth the extra cost. There were no luggage racks and for the price there could have been a coffee maker and cable tv. Other than that the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The windows were filthy

Circus Circus is about knowing what to expect. I needed an affordable place to stay that was close to the Las Vegas Festival Grounds. This did the trick. If you're expecting luxury, you'll be sorely disappointed, but it's a fine place to stay as long as you don't mind things feeling a little dated. Worst part was my Expedia receipt said I would have to pay $125 as the remainder of my bill when I made it to property, but I actually had to pay $200. Beware of potential hidden fees.

Stayed for 3 nights for the WWWY festival. Hotel wasn’t dirty, but is outdated & very expensive. We asked for clean towels & they left them on our bed while we were out.. but they propped our door open and left it open while we weren’t there & that really bothered me.

The property is pretty dated, but it's clean, quiet, super close to the fairgrounds, which is what we were looking for. There was some good dining options inside and it was quite close to a Walgreens. It looks like they are working on updating the room features, I seen a lot of old furniture and stuff being moved out.

Was close to the festival grounds for when we were young. Staff friendly even for a first timer in Las Vegas. Will book again for either Sick New World and When We Were Young. The breakfast buffet was amazing.
