Staff extremely helpful at check and check out, however not so accomadating when we brought to their attention the fact that there was a stain on one of the bathrobes. Did not offer to replace. Hotel parking proved to be easy and covenient contrary to what we had read from previous reviews. Would certainly stay again.

I now understand why this place is priced at $150 - a night. It’s not a bargain, it’s the most fitting price point for this place. For how new it is it seems like it’s 20 years old. A lot of areas had the smell of sewage, especially at the pool. All of the cushions of chairs poolside were heavily stained and look like they have never been cleaned. Witnessed empty drink glasses sit in the same spot on a pillar for over 24 hours. Had a pillow that smelled absolutely horrid that house keeping had no issue switching out. All in all, I can’t imagine being happy spending any additional money in the additional accoutrements offered. The Excalibur is super old and I would compare the cleanliness, cheapness, and maintenance comparable.
