Greeted by friendly staff when check, on spot reply with answers via sms. Room itself is very clean and loved the smoke free environment. Good views to the "Sphere"(12th floor). Plenty of good shops, food and Planet Hollywood without stepping outside to the heat. Express check out and able to store our luggages until our flight time so no need to carry it around. Overall 5 stars...
