Consierge did not print departure boarding pass for me - (presuming communication between day and graveyard shift missed) One of the cinnamon pastries was stale — The DID send up lovely warm milk for the coffee! From the moment I arrived, the level of service was exactly what I would expect from a Four Seasons property. The in-room amenities were wonderful. I was especially grateful for the sound machine given the proximity to the airport. Best of all was the amazingly comfortable bed. I simply didn’t want to leave!

Beautiful hotel, nice staff, spacious rooms, good restaurants, would recommend this hotel. The extra $50 “resort fee” per day per room that gets added on was a surprise to me but our family enjoyed our stay here.
