Liked the property as it was very clean and neat. Like the dining options as well. Getting access to my room was challenging because our key would not let us access the door at the end of the hall by our room. We had to go down the stairs and they were quite long and was very hard for my wife to deal with her ankles, to use the elevators by the front desk. Seems ridiculous.

Property was ok. Fitness center was closed and main pool for renovation. They still charge full resort fee. They tried to say they had a fitness room available but it was a treadmill in a closet. Close to the freeway and central location. No acknowledgement of Expedia VIP or coupons for the food and beverage discount were acknowledged.

First room had black mold wverywhere in the shower, shower door was falling apart, caps for the sink wete missing, and stains in carpet. Totally gross. They upgraded us and the room was amazing and beautiful. But again, black mold in the shower. They need a major remodel . Wont be returning.

We were traveling with our daughter and we’ve stayed at more than a dozen beautiful four and five star hotels along the strip. We heard that your hotel was nice and that because we were traveling with our 12 year-old daughter she would enjoy the pool and we would enjoy the Jacuzzi upon check-in. We were told that the pool and Jacuzzi were closed for the season. They directed us to, an unheated pool called the pond that closed at 5 PM and we arrived at 3:45 PM so to say that we were disappointed would be an understatement. We will not be returning to her hotel.
