Great property. Had a little trouble with baggage claim on September 29th. They lost our bags which was stressful, they found them about 10 minute after we told them they took them behind instead of a cross room. All in all it was a great trip and all staff was helpful and friendly.

We had to call house cleaning daily because they WERE NOT CHARGING THE SHEETS. They would come in when we were away and not change the bedding, just put the blanket back on nicely and that was it. This was for 4 days straight.

It was friendly clean and everything was in walking distance. I really don’t think I would change a thing.

When checked in was told could use room key to exit parking lot, it didn't work.Was also asked if need room service (house keeping) if would like for them to go whenever or for me to call them when was convenient for me. Agreed to second option. When called for room service/ house keeping was told I had decline all services when checked in. Thankfully housekeeping personal was nice enough to go when I asked regardless. Also was not able to use pool during stay due to being closed.

Efficient, fast elevators
Virtual check in. Ok if you don’t need personalized service. My room was spacious with an office/sitting room. Lots of options for in hotel dining. I just don’t like having to pay extra for parking.

I wish they would enclose the shower. Take a shower and the water ends up going on the floor. Half a glass doesn't help

We always stay here when we come to Vegas & have always had a good experience, but unfortunately this time was not good. We reserved a king room overlooking the pool. When we got there they put us in a room with 2 queens overlooking the top of a roof. When we asked about it, the lady at the front desk, that we were talking to, told us that she wouldn’t argue about it & sent us to the manager to talk to. Then that night when we turned down our bed, we found blood on our sheets. We called immediately to tell them what we found & we were told that they would send someone right up to collect the sheet & credit us 1 night of resort fee. No one came until the next day to collect the sheet and give us a fresh set, but thankfully we were able to pull the sheets from the other queen bed to get us through that night. Sadly, we will be choosing a different place to stay in Vegas from now on.😕

Felt outdated and dirty. Not enough towels in the room and why am I paying a $60USD/day resort fee when there’s NO mini bar, coffee maker, wifi, pool closes at 5, and no cleaning service??? Wouldn’t recommend- stay somewhere else!
