Exercise machines were broken, pool was closed, horrible breakfast (potatoes undercooked), onion bagel only, no waffles even through they have a batter dispenser), homeless people in the parking lot, shower sounded like it was going to crack, elevator sounded broken.

It was ok but not great and a lot of potential.
Unfortunately thr pool and jacuzzi were still not open. The breakfast needs a drastic improvement, steamed bacon and what seemed like powered eggs isnt exactly appetizing. While the room was nice as other reviews mentioned the infrastructure of the facility definitely needs some TLC.

We have stayed here the last 3 years in October. Property. Has declined and we will find a different place to stay in the future. Room had an overwhelming perfume smell, no hot water in the bathroom sink, barely got warm, area for dogs had broken glass and lots of poop that was not picked up. Interior and exterior looks run down.

We stayed in a suite for 5 days. We picked this hotel because it was close to a relative. It smelled horrible. We had to buy an air freshener and it still smelled. The carpet was full of stains and the refrigerator smelled very musty. They never changed our bed sheets or made up the bed. We did not have any soap in our bathroom. Our key cards kept blanking out on us and we had to get a new card at least twice a day. The elevator smelled like pee. The breakfast was very bad. 2 of the bagels we got had mold and they cook premade bacon over and over so is flaky and the sausage was burnt. At night you can hear locals on bicycles hanging out in the parking lot smoking and talking loud. Do not recommend ever

I booked this place because of the indoor pool, well when we get there with my little one so excited to get in the pool, we saw that the pool is closed with no water in it!!! they should let the guest know that pool is out of service before they book. Also, you walk in it smelled like marijuana and cigarettes. the ladies in the front are so rude and no help.

This property was horrible. Non guest coming in and using ice machine. The pool was not available for use. The carpet in the halls were dirty and stained. The couches in the rooms dirty and stained. Breakfast was limited. We would get out there by 6:30 before our games and there was barely anything available, besides waffles that took too long to wait for. We had horrible upstairs neighbors that kept jumping and doing soccer drills until 1:00 am, we called the front to help us reach out to them to stop but nothing was done. We called the front again but nobody answered so we went out to the front desk and nobody was there . The location is convenient being next to our fields and gas station for pregame items. The rooms are clean but please invest in actual bed pillows and not put 6 square pillows on the bed to sleep on.
