Our stay was ultimately great. Travelled from UK arriving late in the evening after a long journey, it was unfortunate they didn't just check us in quick and give us the key so we could chill and get some sleep ASAP. Instead they tried enticing us to book a 90 minute meeting to explain fully what services the site offers and that just for attending we could either have $300 credit to spend in the hotel resort, or $150 cashback. This slightly pressured discussion took place after initially attempting to check in and paying the resort fees, but before being given our room key, we were sent to another desk to get the room key, that's when the attempt to book a meeting started. We'd already been awake for around 20 hours, so initially agreed to meeting the team a few days into our holiday, but it dawned on me to ask if this was a sales exercise and when the guy confessed it was a timeshare sales attempt, I backed out, explaining I was already thinking I would probably not turn up if I did book a meeting as I have no intention of buying whatever would be sold and would be wasting my holiday time and their time. The room was great though. A friendly maintenance guy was rapidly sent to fix a low battery alert on the fire/smoke alarm. 2 bed apartment was clean, spacious, comfy and well equipped. Parking was easy at no extra cost. Goldmine restaurant/bar food and drink was really good. Location is only a few minutes walk to the strip and right next to Sphere.Staff were friendly

As close to the Sphere as one can get

Te Vacation Club is conveniently located just next to the new Las Vegas Sphere and the High Roller. It is a quiet enclave away from the hustle and bustle of the Strip, but just a reasonable walk to it. The Club is clean and well-equipped, family-friendly, and reasonably priced.

No breakfast, check-in time was so long because of sales pitch of timeshare. I paid in whole (didn't sign up for timeshare or even agreed to attend the presentation) and still didn't get a good property with a good view of the sphere. I wouldn't come back.

Sleepless at Desert Club

Rooms along Koval Road are extremely loud all night long. These rooms need better windows, sound dampening drapery and maybe white noise machines to mitigate the traffic noise. Charging people to change rooms so that they can get some sleep is petty.
