Great except Ice and coca-cola machines
The costumer service was great!! It was a nice stay. The only problem we had was the coke machine. On our floor the ice machine didn’t work nor did the Coke machine. I went down a floor put in my credit card in the cookie machine, it took the money and didn’t give me any Coke. I let the front desk know but they didn’t seem to care. They told me I need to call coca-cola, which I did. They told me I need to dispute it with my credit company. Not helpful!

This property was very convenient to returning our car, near the mall near the strip. Staff were very nice and helpful. Rooms were large and comfortable

Decent place if you want to stay close to airport and in walking distance to rental car drop off for your early morning flight. Make sure to reserve the free shuttle to the airport, runs on the hour but is full to last seat. Place is a little tired, but wonderful staff and decent free breakfast.

We had the king suite which was nice and big. The bathroom was HUGE. The bedding was comfy however the top duvet was dirty. Could tell it hadn’t been replaced so we removed it. The dishes in the kitchen were mostly clean however the pots and pans were slightly dirty. No soap or scrub is provided to clean them so we had to purchase our own.

Amazing!
It was actually great. The room was a suite it had two queen beds, a living room with a pull out sofa and a king size bed in the other room. The suite had a kitchen area with a full size fridge and a table with a microwave over the stove. The bathrooms were clean. The carpet was very clean. We had one tv in each room. Two whole bathrooms with a tub. Roomy closets and an iron board with an iron. Breakfast was complimentary from 6am to 9am. There was oatmeal, cereal, muffins, and sausage plus you were able to make your own waffles. The only downfall out of that for my kids were that the muffins were blueberry. We got a corner room which was good because there was seven of us and five were kids under thirteen. Love it.
