This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a 5-star hotel. I stayed for three nights during Thanksgiving, and the staff’s attitude was cold and unwelcoming. I didn’t feel any sense of hospitality throughout my stay. They mistakenly charged me extra $360 when checked out. It is lucky enough my bank notified me for the charge so I can get back my refund. This is totally ridiculous! In particular, the staff member who checked me in on 11/29 at 7 AM at the Gold Member line was exceptionally rude and unprofessional. The check out process was also unpleasant. Because of this experience, I won’t consider staying at any Hilton hotels in the future.

The hotel is beautiful, rooms clean, and housekeeping services were great. What we were disappointed about was that when we checked in we were not given any information about anything. We weren’t even told that in order to take the elevator to our room we needed to swipe our room key. We weren’t told or given any info about transportation or local events, or listing of restaurants in the hotel. We had to accidentally stumble upon these things, but unfortunately we didn’t have all the information until the day before we had to leave. Everyone should be directed either by a flyer or other to possible shows and events happening the week you are staying.

The front desk staff was very rude upon arrival. I had an issue connecting to the internet, and they were saying my name was incorrect, also rude and rush responses not friendly at all. Overall, I would not recommend staying here for the price/location, and the service is very mediocre at best.

Thought I had everything paid for and they managed to just keep adding to the bill. Not sure why I was paying a resort fee. Food is crazy high priced. Didn't gamble and didn't see a show. Decided we would eat instead. Fufu was crazy expensive and vomited everything up the next morning. The Vegas lights were pretty and walking the strip was good exercise. May not ever be back to Vegas. It's only for the rich.
