Great place to stay in Vegas. Affordable, convenient, lots of food options & easy to walk around places and take the tram. Elevators definitely need some work but they're functioning.

Property was well lit and wasn't overly "Glitzy" in appearance. Facility was very clean and well kept up... Signage or staffing to check in when you are driving a car could be far better! Signage directs you to the front of facility where there is uber/lyft area's bus area's tons of people waiting for what ever but absolutely No where to park in order to check in! Left car in front with flashers and walked inside to see that registration was up the stairs and far away. Chose not to attempt to take that long for concern car would be towed away by the time I got back. Chose to go to parking lot in back and park on deck as there was no Visible staff to ask what else I could do. Once I parked, I then found out that I was the furthest away from registration that existed on the property. Signage inside lead me to registration eventually but was uneasy with the process as I had not been in the Luxor in 20 years. Those who have a car need a more visible "actual place" to put that car until we can check in and ask where to park and the details. There was a sign that stated Valet and registration (I think I saw) but in the mob of People and Vehicles in the front area there was no place or person to be found or to ask. Once I checked in all was very good but getting checked in was very puzzling and concerning, need to make that experience less taxing.

The sideways moving elevators in the pyramid were cool, but sketchy - lots of shaking, noisy and paint peeling. The room was nice, clean and functional. No issues with noise from other rooms or the hallway. The hotel it self was nice. Limited options for dining but had some fun things to do. Cool arcitecture!!

We were lucky enough to secure the penthouse on the 21st floor, what a beautiful suite. We loved our stay. The only item that could be improved was the availability of loungers by the pools. There were none available either day of our stay so we had to sit on the ground :-(
