We were not informed that there would be construction near our room and they started around 6 AM. Not acceptable but at least I was refunded the resort fees.

I love the atmosphere during the NFR! MGM is convenient to everything! I do not like that the thermostat does not go below 65 and there is no air flow.

Bravo to MGM properties and shame” to Harrah’s
I live in Las Vegas and I occasionally do a staycation and decided to switch from my usual hotel which is the Paris hotel and try the MGM brand. I have to say without a doubt, MGM cares more about their customers than Harrah’s does. I’ve noticed that slowly the Paris hotel is not taking care of the freshness of their property the carpeting looks threadbare they’ve removed any of the non-gaming fund that was in the hotel like free entertainment at the cabaret lounge throughout the week for other small things that makes it feel like all they care about is money and they don’t care about their customers I found the MGM grand was far nicer and I went to a couple of other MGM properties and they were nicer. And yet, they maintained a reasonable price point for those of us who are local. That is much appreciated So kudos to MGM for still caring and sad that Harrah’s doesn’t give a darn.

I reserved king size room several months before my check-in. Once I was checking in, they informed me that all of the king-size beds were taken, and they could give us two queens. I said no I reserved a king size bed months ago, what was the problem, why did they give my room to someone else? She then proceeded to tell us that she would need to talk with the manager about it. The manager came over and repeated what she said about all of the King beds being taken and there’s nothing he could do His reason that all the Kings were taken, was because other people had upgraded their rooms. So then I said you seriously gave my room to someone else because they wanted an upgrade that sounds like a very poor business management. It’s not acceptable. He walked away for a couple minutes and came back with keys for a king size bed. This situation left a bad taste in our mouth. Although the room was comfortable and clean enough, the silly situation of trying to move us to two queens is enough for us never to stay here again.

Pretty darn good!
Look something in the room including keys @check out. Went to get another key and run up to get it. Told the lady getting me a new key that I was in a hurry that I didn’t wanna miss the shuttle. she told me not my problem. Came across only a few who acted like they didn’t like being there. Mostly the food court! Wonderful burgers in food court. Bed and pillows were comfy. I and hubby are not big ppl but the blanket didn’t seem wide enough for our king bed. Hope to bring my gf’s next time. Thanks
