The early arrival bag check was a huge long line and wait even after prechecking in online. We then had to wait to get our bags brought back to us once our room was ready. We paid for the fancy spa room and it was old outdated and just sub par. Everything needed updated really badly. Then we were never told the pool was closed for the season even though it was 90 degrees out and we were there to use the pools.

Disappointing and dirty room
The lack at attention to cleanliness is astounding these days. My room had food crumbs on counters, floor, and couch. Mini fridge was filthy and had leftover, opened food in it. Toilet had hair on it and bathroom floor looked like it needed a mopping. The only saving grace was the friendly, helpful staff.
