Great property with a great view of the strip. I was in the one bedroom suite with the strip view. The balcony door was locked (I’m guessing for safety reasons) but other than that everything was beautiful.

If you enjoy other people walking into your room because of the mistakes the front desk and reservation employees make then this is your place. We were treated with disrespect by the hotel manager and the front desk after we complained about random people walking into our room and our room keys being deactivated afterwards. The manager was rude and unprofessional.

It was not clean. There were hair trimmings on one of the chairs. Empty redbull cans and water bottles were left on the balcony. There was also a half of a bottle of liquor on the floor. Some of the light bulbs were burned out also. We did not feel comfortable sitting down anywhere in this room!

Stood in line for 45 minutes to check in, then were told we would have to sit in the lobby while our room was cleaned. Once again the “oh, you booked through hotels.com? Yeah, those are the last ones cleaned & inspected.” And also from past experience, the ones most often double booked.
