Don’t park your car at Paris. They gave me a key card to exit. It didn’t work. The button to call for help didn’t work. So I complained and got a new card. It also didn’t work. Even when it worked people struggled with it. It was typical for a car to be at the gate for a full minute trying to get out. Plus the hotel room walls are super thin. I could hear our neighbor’s conversations. Very disappointing.

We booked this stay… it stated it was a Las Vegas Strip View..: that was NOT that case at all. It was a view of the top of a parking garage, and construction of the side/ very front of old red. You could not see one part of the strip unless you almost broke your neck to see a traffic signal. There is absolutely no mini fridges, I’ve never stayed in a any hotel, resort etc that didn’t have a place to put left over food (we went to Jordan Ramsey and had zero place to put our $500 left over dinner) I will never recommend or be back to this motel.

Excellent Vegas property with a young, vibrant clientele. Pool amenities were excellent though the pool side drinks were expensive even for Vegas. Would definitely stay again.

Perfectly central on the strip. They upgraded me to a very nice suite upon arrival because my chosen basic room wasn't ready. Bobby Flay burger was accessible and delicious.

The property appearance, location, price point, and views were all incredible (the pool was a wonderful experience). We dined at Alexxa's as well as Vanderpump and both of those were amazing - should out to the older waiter guy at Alexxa’s (he recommended an old fashioned which was perfect) and Josh from Vanderpump! HOWEVER, when we checked in it was from one of the absolute WORST front desk staff I’ve ever encountered in my entire life - her name was Heather and she was condescending, unhelpful, talked over people, and was outright rude. She claimed that she was from Kansas or Arkansas if that helps but management should speak to her about how she treats people who are merely excited about starting their Vegas trip. We had a reservation with our parents and called weeks ago to request that we were close to each other (they got a corner room, we got a Bordeaux room). The employee on the phone said it was no problem, but when we brought it up to Heather she said “well those people will just promise anything and I can’t do anything for you.” Who says that?!? The crazy thing is, there was a couple who checked in after us (they were further down in the line) who GOT THE CORNER ROOM RIGHT BESIDE US… Heather outright lied to us on top of being condescending and should not be in the role she’s in at your hotel. Our parents said that their room had not been cleaned one of the days we were there but other than that no issues - overall incredible experience but Heather was terrible.
