The first room they gave us has a bad cigarette smell. Asked to get moved but still the same. Rooms are dirty and have small cockroaches. Walls were thin and you can hear everything from the outside like the windows were open. Theres also motorcycles revving inside the property at 3am to 4am. All the noise kept us up all night. We are booked for 4 nights but had to cancel it. They only refunded us for 1 night. And we just booked to a different hotel. Worse place to stay.

We stayed 8 days because we were vendors at a local trade show. We’re from Texas and Central time zone. We got woke up every morning at 7:39 am from the maids sliding the beds in the room above us. A lot of Homeless folks hang out on the stairs and they smoke Canabis which carried the unmistakable smell into our room via the air conditioner. This was awful! There was zero hot water one morning and we couldn’t take a shower. That’s terrible. On the same day that we couldn’t take a fresh shower before work, at 9:45 am they started an extremely loud hedge trimmer to cut the bushes back. We couldn’t sleep if we wanted too. We will probably not stay here in the future.

Staff was great with checkin. The room is spartan to say the least, and the counter had some stains, that I wiped up. Hot water took a long time to arrive and the pressure was weak.

Smells like cigarette smoke
The rooms were supposed to be smoke free and before I even got my room while waiting for check in two separate people came in to complain their rooms smelled like smoke and had to get new ones. I didn't want to assume the worst but sure enough the room we were assigned also smelled terribly of cigarette smoke. We were much too tired to go all the way back to the lobby and wait in line to complain and so just fell asleep but both mine and my wifes throats burned the following morning. We had booked for a 2 night stay but the experience was so bad we drove straight home the next night instead of going back.

The room smelled so bad like smoke that we forfeited our second night there. We were afraid we would all be sick from the smell. When we told the front desk they said people don’t obey the nonsmoking rules. Breakfast was a joke. Told there would be prepackaged baked goods and coffee. Nothing to eat at all. DO NOT stay in this place unless it is improved!!

Don’t stay here!The rooms were awful! They all smelled of cigarette smoke even though they were supposed to be nonsmoking! No amenities like shampoo or conditioner, no hair dryer.
