There are NO toiletries in the room, they charge to enjoy the pool (you have to rent the chairs for an additional $30 on top of the $50 daily resort fee) and they don’t include free parking for guests. The pool is very basic nothing exciting about it.

Horrible check in service i didnt get the room i reserved. When i got to the room the safe was broken and i had to wait around while they tried to fix it and couldn't. I went downstairs to get another room and they refused and said they would replace it. So 45 mins later it was done and i could enjoy vegas. The valet situation is a joke dont stay here

Stayed at hotel for 4 nights from Sept. 15-19th. We only had the room cleaned once on the 17th of Sept. We also had the Monorail going by about every 10 minutes so not much sleep. Probably would not recommend this Hotel.

The check in took an hour in line or 10 min at the self check-in kiosk, after waiting for a station to open. Check out line was long, but I flagged down a busy attendant and he gave me a parking exit card. Card didn't work at parking exit. Call button at gate took aseveral minutes, backing up exiting cars behind us. Wter in room was only warm, not hot.

Ck in flowed easily even with a line. Room key is used to access elevator. King bed had a great pillow. PF Changs on the property....excellent. Slots....tight. Cking out was easy. Bellman came to our room in a speedy pace to store our luggage. We used a taxi to leave and was waiting for us. Great service,
