The hotel itself was alright. Our keys stopped working halfway through even though we paid for late checkout and had to wait for an hour to get new keys and get to our stuff. Hole in the floor in our room, maybe an electrical box or something? Beautiful view though. Hidden fees that they didnt charge until end of stay. The pharmacy lady is really nice though. Room wasnt ready until 10pm even though check in was at 3pm. Honestly would like a partial refund because of not being able to access till ten pm and then getring locked out before check out. Thank you.

The Rio now has an app you can check in to your room before you arrive. The small kiosks provide your room card. I knew you he room number but there was nothing to tell me which tower my room was in. Of course I picked the wrong tower. I went to the other tower and opened the door to my room. I noticed the room was extremely hot and humid. Someone left the tub water going for I don’t know how long. Good thing it didn’t overflow. The bed was comfortable. Rooms are spacious. There were three ink stains on the carpet by the bath. Other than that it was ok and a good deal for the cost.
