The property itself is excellent. Beautiful, clean and great amenities. However staff at the Front Desk and Security needs additional training. They were not helpful, rude and lacked care, concern and empathy. I travelled to Vegas as a treat for my daughter 32nd birthday her first time to Vegas. Was greeted with a $25 early check in fee, requested a late check out, we don’t have availability but we can sell you a room to extend for $175. Then my daughter was in the casino with me on the slot machine when a Mexican Guard walked up to her and asked her to show her ID. Just rude and inappropriate. I would not stay or recommend there again.

Front desk staff not helpful did not care. Property very dated and awful location. We had upgraded our room and said something, our room was downgraded to the one we originally booked, they tried to still charge for the upgraded room for three days. Opinion staff did not care as many travel though. Would not recommend or stay again.

Room was fabulous, hotel always clean, many options for transportation and free parking. Hotel is at the end of the strip so walking around is not great but you'll find many options inside the hotel and very easy to find transportation.

Our room was either hot and muggy, or cold. When the air conditioning ran it blew right on the head of the bed and was super cold. When the AC wasn't running the room tended to get muggy. The bathroom needs some hooks to hang towels, clothes, etc. The "accessible" room would be almost impossible for someone in a wheelchair to get in as the door is very heavy and slams shut. When we had trouble getting a cab on our departure morning I received little to no help from the people working at the time. The Valet guy (closest guy to taxi stand) was too busy playing on his phone and basically told me there was nothing he could do, taxis just come. I only received assistance when I texted the hotel. They found a driver for us but didn't bother to text me and tell me they were doing so. We were just kind of left hanging until a car showed up. We shared this ride with the other couple waiting as we did not know when there would be another car available. Overall our stay was average to below average.
