Beautiful decor. Quiet. I was only there for one night but would definitely stay longer next time and enjoy the amenities. My only complaint was that I had booked a pool view with two queens but when I got to my room it was a king without the view. Due to a long day of travelling I didn’t request a change but I am sure they would have made the correction. Friendly staff

Staff accusing me of checking out early. Which I did not do. Staff storm in my room and accused my guest of squatting in that room. I had to go to the front desk to prove our innocence. On top of that the room has bugs and my room was not cleaned my house keeper. The staff did change my room, house keeper flush the bug down the toilet and front desk staff apologized for the error. I was shocked beyond words. Never in my life had I experienced this type of customer service . When I checked out in the morning. The front desk informed me this issue was not entered in the report. I am shocked and disappointed about this place. I stayed at the older property I didn’t not stay in the newly renovated property. My vacation was ruined. I will not recommend this place.
