Really nice room and property. But the room was dirty. Floors needed mopping and vacuuming. Countertops had crumbs all over. Closet had a mop that smelled. Bathroom was just dirty.

Room was dirty and run down.
The room was very dirty. There was mold in the bathroom, hair and other gunk in corners and other places. The bed frame was brittle and peeling. Walls were gross and dirty. Couldn’t see out the windows. Tea pot was disgusting. Light bulbs were out and shorted and lighting was poor in the bathroom.

The rooms are very nice and spacious. Little things I wish they would pay attention to, there was only the one roll of toilet paper for four days. The hair dryer didn’t work and the ice machine was not easy to use. You do have to pay extra for housekeeping which is fine as long as they had these other issues fixed. Other than that the place is great. I would stay here again.

Enjoyable stay
I enjoyed my stay at Palms Place as it is comfortable, offers great amenities and the room with views of the Las Vegas strip are great. This is my fourth time staying here and I like the location and free parking. The surrounding area has access to cheaper off strip amenities ie gas, food, drug stores etc.. and they are easily accessible by walking. The rooms are a bit dated and the furniture is old and slightly dirty. My refrigerator was not in good condition, as the lining was coming off and stuck to the door. Luckily, they had a second refrigerator in the room. The unit is quiet and luckily, the patrons were also quiet. I definetly reccoemend staying here if you want to be off the strip, but close by at the same time.

The comforters had some type of candy or food on them that was recent. There was hand prints on mirrors around the room. Found a tick on one of the beds. Had to leave one of the rooms a night before.
