The Cosmopolitan deserves 5 stars, but I had 1 minor issue. My room was not ready upon check-in....and no I did not try to check in early. I was given room keys, without a room assignment, and told to wait for an email informing me when my room was ready. I received the email 30 minutes later without a room assignment. I had to go back to registration and ask what room I was in.

What is not to say about this magnificent hotel. Luxurious, very clean, top tier customer service, friendly staff and overall centrally located on the strip. We received an upgrade to a suite and it was truly an unforgettable experience. Only place to stay going forward. A shoutout to all the staff members at the Cosmopolitan.
