In the room, both the sink and tub did not drain properly. The air conditioning was very loud. We used the valet the first day and they were very polite and helpful.

The hotel was clean, just a little older. Bathrooms are outdated, but clean. Good variety in restaurants. The steak house Alder and Birch is a must!

The hotel needs better quality tv programs ( sports,movies ). And a better quality WiFi .The lighting in the room can be a bit brighter. I haven’t been in the hotel for about 7 years I was very very disappointed to see that there was no more buffet. I can say I really enjoyed that buffet in past years
