I booked a luxury room (multiple beds) with prestige lounge access for three nights and what I got was a basic double queen room with a tired bathroom. I had to pay an additional $100 a day for my daughters to use the prestige lounge which I thought was excessive. I am still not even sure I got the room I paid for as it was so basic. I was told when I arrived I could upgrade to a better room for $300 a night extra even though on the booking it stated I was eligible for free upgrades. I will not be returning and I needed up paying over $2200 for three nights in a basic room that needed a new sink as all the marble had chipped and they had attempted to fix it with foam and varnished over it. The breakfast was nice but unless you drink like a fish in the afternoon there is no way this access is worth it. I feel completely ripped off. If the room was nicer it may have been acceptable but honestly the prizes they charge it’s not worth it. Being charged another $100 a day for my kids was insulting especially when they said at check in that it was $50 a day total for both kids and when I complained that I didn’t want the access if I was being charged extra and they said that was not an option with the whole booked through another provider excuse that hotels like to give.

The entire room area was very spacious and the bathroom marble floor was beautiful! The view from my room was fantastic! I look forward to visiting the Venetian again.
