The hotel management is abusing us and still we’re struggling to claim our money back ; they told us it’s an automated check out and we left all the key inside . After we left and back to our home they start to take money from our bank illegally . We’re already sue them through our back and if it’s necessary we gonna see them in court along our 8 and 6 years old kids. Very unfortunate a hotel that never stands for its name and reputation.

Nice hotel far away from most things, the hotel had many construction projects going on, hotel restaurants food was horrible. Cleanliness was good oh and 24hour McDonald’s on site was good for late night eatery.

Avoid this property I'd you need accessibility.
They need training in understanding what seniors with mobility issues need as well as training in what their rooms have or do not have. Accessibility is the very lowest priority from my recent experience. I regret choosing this hotel and would not recommend it ever.

The property was clean and comfortable, it still appears modern. The location can discouraging but it is still close enough to be enjoyable.

I would consider this my second worst stay in Vegas. The one positive is the air conditioner was amazing… no problem hitting 65. The other positive is atomic golf. Other than that skip the strat. I had one terrible experience at the sports bar where I couldn’t even get a manager to assist me. I went to hotel management and once they realized my dispute was with the restaurant the only thing they would say is “different management take it up with them”… I told them I’ve been trying and couldn’t. All I got was the same saying on repeat. The other deal breaker for me was water pressure. It was a dribble at best. One tip is you can park for free with a Nevada plate, so if you rent a car ask for a Nevada plate… will save you a ton.
