First room assigned wasn’t clean beds not made etc. second room housekeeping waltzed right in no knocking or announcing and I had only been in room an hour. Was over charged and was not informed on booking that pool and resort was closed (booked here specifically for it)

I had an inconvenience where i had no ic machine in my floor and the only way to acess ice was to go to the front desk to gain acess to another floor that had an ice machine. Toilet was also clogged and i had to call the front desk to unclogg it

The overall stay was disappointing! Definitely won’t book again. The first thing that bothered me was upon arrival we got there early and was told we can pay $60 for a upgrade in our room and go to it right away. The room we got was definitely not a upgrade it was the same style room we had before. The view was horrible. I looked out my window and all I got to see was the cars leaving the parking garage. Secondly they had some time share people in the casino rounding people up to sell them stuff in return for vouchers. Unfortunately they got us and what was supposed to be a “2hr seminar” was literally from 10:15am to 3:30pm! Literally wasted our whole day. Normally I would just walk off but once I got the 2hrs in if I left I wouldn’t get back my $50 and none of the vouchers so it would have been a waste. Thirdly, in the front inside of the casino some guy trying to sell drugs that doesn’t even stay there and then right outside there’s homeless asking for money too.
