Stayed here to eat in tower and enjoy view. Staff at tower desk was no help couldn’t answer simple questions. Told me to go back to my room and call on phone to make a dinner reservation. Don’t know why they’re even there. My son and I flew carry on only. Brought dress shirt and dress shoes but had jeans. Couldn’t get in tower restaurant. Went and ate at Caeser’s Palace the evening I stayed at the Strat. Way nicer and more professional staff. Wish I had stayed there instead. Parking garage system of payment was terrible compared to other resorts. Cleanliness not the best. Won’t be back at the Strat. Worst of the 4 resorts I stayed at.

The room had no view whatsoever. We looked at a brick wall. I had to have the room deodorized twice because everything smelled so much like smoke. The pool had to be shut down the 1st we were there because someone threw up or pooped in the pool. The staff did their best to make the most of it.

I really like the hotel, the internet was not working, i went with my kids and there is not to much activities for them, i cant believe that the swimming pool closes at 6:00 pm or 7:00 Fridays and Saturdays, the area where the hotel is at, is not very safe especially at night lots of addicts around

People having party in their room with doors open at 3am in the morning having to call security and about 30 minutes later same againg . People smoking cigarets and marijuana at all times in an NONE SMOKING ROOMS !!!! Unacceptable !!! My clothes smells like cigarets at all times . Noisy the last night i could not sleep at all . It was a nightmare . I dont like to give bad reviews but i feel like i have to because this can be corrected ! Other than than it was good . Also prices are way to expensive also, there is a McDonald’s at the hotel, but the food is very limited and is known Economy, packages liking any other McDonald’s that is crazy .

Gave us a room knowing the tv had a work order in and still did not turn on then had to wait till next afternoon to switch rooms then the room they gave us AC did not work we still had 3 more nights left they gave us a fan after telling us they did not have one. The room was miserable to be in the fan helped a little. Then due to our flights being late the latest we could check out was 3 pm and still had to pay. They have a shuttle that does a loop no one told us that until 3 rd day.

The price was right. It was on the strip. The room had a huge tub and a nice separate shower but the drain was slow so you had to stand in shallow water while taking a shower. When you drained the tub it backed up in the shower. We told the staff but they weren't interested. The last night there the tub backed up in the shower, overflowed, and flooded the bathroom. The adult pool was closed but it was supposedly open when we booked the room. We chose the hotel for the adult pool as we don't like kids around when we are on vacation and my wife enjoys sunbathing topless. The last day we were there, the pool that was open, the staff lowered all the umbrellas saying the wind was getting up. The wind was 4 mph and it was 115 degrees outside.

Our 4th floor room had a fully obstructed view of concrete. They never told us this up front. Parking was 2 QR codes and $20 each night. I hate that they force you to carry all your luggage through a busy casino (if you get North tower, it's a LONG trek. Went outside to Carl's Jr. and entered 3rd world conditions. The new refurbishments are lacking and the TV had no hdmi cable, the maintenance guy couldn't fix it (SO No TV). 4 adults, 3 towels & facecloths, so more calls. Elevators were regularly broken in North Tower. Drunks in Casino. Do Better Strat!

The room was nice and it was nice to be right there for the Tower and rides. Helpful that there is a McDonald's right in the building for affordable eats. The parking cost $ and it's far from the rest of the strip for walking. Biggest disappointment was that the pool had very limited hours and half of the pool was closed anyway. Why would the pool close at 6pm in hot Las Vegas?

For anyone who likes to shower water pressure is so low fills like you are taking a wash up. For any ladies staying by yourself no latch or additional security for door. Can hear ever conversation around you I placed the chair laying down like a wedge for extra security. Motel across street high questionable activity. You will be harassed every day multiple times a to sign up for time share. Just visit the tower the 15 dollar discount is not worth it. Also make sure rental has Nevada tags or be prepared to spend 20 dollars a day.
