While the property is comfortable and in a good neighborhood, there are some things that could be improved. To start with, the listing says it is a two king suite home but it is a standard three bedroom home with one king suite and two other bedrooms plus a hall bath for them.
The basics are there but it could use a few things like more towels in all the bathrooms and another seat or two in the living area. Additionally the downstairs floor is in need of a major cleaning as we all ended up with black feet or socks if we walked around without shoes.
In regard to the check-in process, we didn't receive the entry code until about 45 minutes before we arrived and that was only after I had reached out to the host twice about it.
Our biggest concern was the garage door as it is coming apart at the top where it connects to the automatic door opener; the metal brace actually warps and twists when the door is opened or closed due to the fact that most of the fasteners are no longer attached. Two Professional Engineers in our party are concerned that it is in imminent danger of failing. When I contacted the host about it upon our arrival, his response was that it works fine and that we needed to keep it closed because otherwise the HOA would complain. It is a safety hazard.
