Another great stay at The Encore. The staff is attentive and friendly in every area, registration, bell hop, gambling tables, bars & restaurants. Encore is our hotel of choice in Vegas.

Loved everything about the stay at this property! It was a little difficult distinguishing between The Wynn and its sister Encore, but aside from that, parking was okay. Thankfully parking is complementary and no hidden fees for it. But you will have to pay a separate charge for utilities/wifi (which I'm not familiar enough as to how normal that is). GORGEOUS pools, specifically the 18 section with a great lay out, live music and a bar island. Amenities were spectacular as well if you want a luxurious experience at the spa. A little pricey for their treatments/massages but well worth it if you utilize the day spa well. So many options for dining that are well in walking distance within the hotel and the shopping strip inside. Beautiful decor for the restaurants with both diverse tastes, and aesthetics depending on your mood. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay if you want something well above average and you are willing to splurge for something extra.

Air conditioning did not work for our first night. The room was really warm. Called in the next morning and requested it to be fixed and to be credited back for first night of the stay. Room cost $800 a night, it was terrible. After a few calls they credited back $200 and the resort fee. While it was something, the hotel should have credited back the entire cost for the night because my night was terrible.
