The property was undergoing renovations in the gaming room. Most of the good machines were gone. I don't even think I gambled there. The bar was expensive.

So disappointed in this hotel. The bathroom was very rundown, I couldn’t tell if the shower floor was dirty or extremely scratched. Paint was chipping off all over the bathroom. There was no soap to wash my hands and when I called to ask for some the person who answered seemed annoyed that I even asked. Lighting was horrible as well and there was no fan or ventilation in the bathroom. The hallway carpet was dirty as well, I thought it was a confetti print carpet until I realized there were crumbs all over.

Wonderful

We enjoyed the hotel… beds were comfortable, rooms were clean. Housekeeping was so kind and helpful. Don’t leave a box of donuts out because we had a box full of bugs the next day

Initially when I booked the room it was for a king size bed but when I arrived I end up with two queen size or it was twin size the other thing I did not like I had to request a refrigerator that was in the central to I'm a diabetic so my insulin needs to stay cool other than that the state was okay it was clean a lot of walking parking situations a little distance otherwise restaurants inside the places good and outside the hotel casino there was a in and out Burger that's pretty reasonable hello I will give it three and a half Stars

My husband and I had a wonderful time during our stay this weekend. We would definitely come back. Although the rooms are older, they were very clean and comfortable. We loved the selection of restaurants. Pinkbox was my fav, so many different doughnuts to choose from and the coffee was really good! The comedy show was great. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. It wasn’t packed like many of the casinos we visited. There was enough room on the casino floor for everyone to walk through. Definitely recommend staying here.

Not worth the Resort Fees!

Not worth the resort fee they charge at check-in, which was $75 for three days. I thought Hotels.com included all charges, but doesn't include the resort fees. TV was a small 19", a joke. No refrigerator or microwave in room. Very basic!

The bathroom was a bit outdated but the overall was a great room, except the my room location was by the elevators and we can hear it all night- it is something to think about during booking location of the room. Didn’t care for server on the casino floor lacked customer service but the front is wonderful

Location is great. Servers on the floor not so great, had one server bring a drink to the machine next to me and just walk away, i yelled excuse me could i order a drink? No its not my section, then another server said oh your server just went on break she'll be back in 15 or 20 minutes. This was Thursday night, not real busy. Guess my tip was not needed. Restaurant turned us away at 7pm for a foursum. Room was nice Casino smelled better this time.
