The rooms looked newly renovated and very clean. We stayed in King size corner room w/plenty of views of river. The bed was just plopped on box springs, no rails. Every movement was loud and annoying. That was the only downside of the room. Uncomfortable bed.

The property is nice and clean. My issue was with poor staff attitude. One example is the ice machine on the floor I stayed at was broken. When I inquired about it, I was told to go look for a working ice machine on another floor! Bartenders were hostile too. Not sure if they are overworked but they seemed bothered when providing service or answering simple questions. They give off an unwelcoming vibe.
