Parking not the best but it’s ok. Room service a little bit weird a housekeeper was at my door trying to clean up my room at 9pm saying room was a check out. First day a checked in.

We stayed at the Tropicana for 2 nights. The room itself was fine other thsn the bathroom. Our bathroom had trash on the floor and a dental floss pick on the bathroom counter. The hand lotion and shampoo small tubes were already open and their was small black hairs in the bathtub. We had nats in the sink area and it just wasnt a clean bathroom at all.

Better hotels to stay at along Rivers edge
Hotel is okay. Couldn't get sheets changed unless I had paid for a premium stay which is the first time I have ever heard of that. Housekeeper was nice and changed anyway when we told her the sheets smelled like meldew. Valet and bellman was scarce as there was only 1 of each so that was a little drag. But self parking is close enough that you can do it yourself!

Well we come thru here a lot this time room was musky smelly hair dryer didn’t work hotel getting very old in rooms we went to bar for a drink I’ve never paid 9 dollars for a reg domestic beer and a glass of wine served in a little plastic cup for 10 also. Ar tender had his whole sad showing with his pants down to past his ass resort should have some type of dress code if you want to charge that kind of price went across the street to pioneer got best service and out beers were 4 and a good glass of wine in a glass for 6 dollars very disappointed and then the pool was so packed couldn’t even get in a they charge a resort fee

There was CONSTANTLY a line for the elevators that was at minimum a 10 minute wait everytime. Ridiculous considering my friends went here 20 years ago and they had that issue even back then!
