The property needs to be updated. Staff was polite when we checked in there was only one person at desk trying to do it all. We had to let them know we need an airport shuttle at 5 am when we checked in. The room decoration is an older style but clean and sanitized.

Fairly basic hotel for short stay. Breakfast offered was limited. Airport shuttle was excellent. The staff could be more interactive. The rooms may need some renovations. Location was good

Close to JFK airport and I didn't have to take a second mortgage on my house to pay for it. Front desk was very helpful. We had time to go to a hockey game because they were so accommodating. Clean,comfortable and very helpful. Airport shuttle was the icing on the cake.
