Arrived to backed up leaking sink. Paid extra for the jacuzzi suite. Was not offered the difference in price for adjustment. Same room (109) was not stocked with towels, tub was dirty and the shower had no curtain, last time we tried to get this room for our anniversary. Disappointing and disgusting.

Staff was exceptionally nice and efficient. Plenty of dining options within the vicinity. The property has seen better days. The room was clean but outdated. There was an unpleasant smell which we couldn't tell whether it came from the AC or the carpet. We purchased room spray to combat this as we were there for two nights.

The description and pictures are nothing like the actual hotel. Canceled the reservation and couldn’t get a refund because of booking through third party. Very disappointing and added extra expense all because of false advertising.

Air conditioning was not cold. It was very loud. The room felt dirty. The restroom shower water pressure was low. Did not like our stay. The front desk gentleman was rude when I asked some questions. The front desk ladies were nice however he was rude as if I was bothering him.
