Modern flat on the first floor on the left side in a newly built Villa with swimming pool, with independent entrance.
Equipped with air conditioning in every room and Wi-Fi at only 900 meters from the center of Lazise in a quiet area in the middle of the green.
Large and bright kitchen-living room with large fridge and freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, and microwave; table for 6 people, comfortable double sofa bed, satellite TV, and electric blackout blinds.
The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a large wardrobe, and access to the balcony; a second bedroom with two single beds, a wardrobe and a desk with the possibility to have a double bed. New windowed bathroom with large shower and washing machine.
Terrace with an external table for eating outside and 2 sunbeds for sunbathing.
The Residence "Benacus" is an enclosed villa with a swimming pool consisting of 4 flats all newly built and with a private entrance, 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor with the same characteristics. The house is located at the end of a closed road close to a playground, therefore very quiet.
Convenient free parking for one car in front of the house and parking for bicycles in the fenced yard with the possibility for e-bike charging.

CHECK-IN - between 15.00 and 19.00.
EARLY CHECK-IN - on request and based on availability with a supplement of € 50 for arrivals between 9.00 and 12.00, € 30 between 12.00 and 15.00
LATE CHECK-IN - arrivals after 19.00 incur a charge of € 30 and after 22.00 of 50 € for the night service.
CITY TAX - per person, per night (from 14 years) not included in the price to be paid in cash on arrival and different for each municipality.
LINEN - both bed linen and towels are not included in the booking rate. They can be booked in advance at an extra cost of 12,50 € per person. The same fee will be charged for any additional change. There is no bed-making, only the supply of bed linen. You are welcome to bring your own linen and save money!
Possibility of separate beds upon request at the additional cost for the set of bed linen equal to + € 10.00.

Zusammenfassung

Zustand des objektes war dem alter entsprechend in ordnung. Onlinezugang check in ließ keine nachteägliche änderung zu daher war dieser etwas komplizierter. Nach erstkontakten haben wir über 1h stunde auf Rückmeldung gewartet und haben dann auf nachfragen die Adresse zum Objekt bekommen. Kontakt war freundlich.

Mi Hund ideal

Die Wohnung ist ideal mit Hund, gut ausgestattet, jedoch fehlen Ablageflächen im Bad. Die Schränke sind etwas knapp bemessen. Da die Wohnung mit Hund gebucht werden kann, ist es dringend erforderlich einen Staubsauger zur Verfügung zu haben. Mit dem Besen eine Katastrophe. Sonst alles super!

Die Darstellung der Ferienwohnung im Internet ist sehr vorteilhaft gewählt. Übertriebene Ansprüche an Sauberkeit sind fehl am Platz. Die Lage ist sehr gut und alle Einkaufsmöglichkeit vorhanden. Der Pool ist eine Bereicherung. Unser Aufenthalt begann mit einer Pool Reinigung. Im Gesamten war es schön.

Schöne Wohnung

Es hat alles gepasst. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Sackgasse. Wir hatten die obere Wohnung ( In der Anlage sind 4 Wohnungen) . Der Pool ist klein, aber für eine kurze Abkühlung reicht er. Wir hatten unsere eigene Bettwäsche und Handtücher mitgebracht. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine die wir auch genutzt haben. Ein paar Haken im Bad wären nicht schlecht, aber das ist das einzige was uns gefehlt hat.

Resümee

Der CHECK-IN hatte sich leider trotz unserer vorherigen Ankündigung verzögert. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Allerdings hatte man den Eindruck, dass vorher in aller Eile ein bisschen sauber gemacht wurde. Ein Teil der bestellten Bettwäsche war unvollständig und nicht ganz sauber. Ansonsten kann man die Wohnung empfehlen. Preisleistungs-Verhältnis ist ganz ausgeglichen.

Lazise 2023

Die Wohnung lag in einer ruhigen Sackgasse, Lazise war fußläufig in 10-15 Min. erreichbar. Die Größe perfekt mit zwei Balkonen im 1. Stock, die Ausstattung mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen und -brett ideal. Allerdings sind vier Messer und 5 Becher zu wenig. Es wäre sinnvoll, den Bestandaufzustocken, damit nicht tgl. die Spülmaschine angestellt werden muss. Wir haben Wäschepakete gebucht, die in keinem guten Zustand waren. Der Wasserkocher war defekt, wurde sofort ausgetauscht. Der Pool ist sehr klein und nicht zum Schwimmen geeignet. Wir würden gern wieder diese Wohnung mieten, allerdings finde ich die Servicegebühr von FewoDirekt zu hoch.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön hell, geräumig und sauber. Für 5 Personen ausreichend groß. Für 2 Erwachsene wäre das Schlafsofa etwas zu klein. Die gemietete Bettwäsche war für 12,50€ pro Person nicht mehr die Neueste, teilweise haben auch Leintücher für die Matratze gefehlt. Leider wurden diese auf Nachfrage nicht nachgeliefert. Wir haben uns trotzdem wohlgefühlt. Das nächste Mal würden wir eigene Bettwäsche mitbringen. Die Entsorgung des Mülls gestaltete sich schwierig, da vor dem Haus keine geeigneten Abfalltonnen vorhanden waren.

Schönes Appartement, modern und Klimaanlage war Gold wert!

Würden wir wieder buchen. Schönes Appartement, 1,3 km bis zur Altstadt (15 Gehminuten). Die Liegen am Pool sind etwas wenig. Ein Grill wäre auch toll.

Top Lage, schöne komfortable Ferienwohnung

Alles top, allerdings merkt man, dass die Endreinigung die Gäste übernehmen, dass lässt auf zweiten Blick zu wünschen übrig. Müllentsorgung schwierig... Ansonsten sehr nette Vermieterin und gute Kommunikation!

Es war ein guter Aufenthalt. Leider gab es für drei Personen (wir waren insgesamt sieben) nur ein Ausziehsofa und ein Klappbett. Es war viel zu wenig Besteck da. Ansonsten gut, sehr sauber. Der Pool war auch schön.
