Clean And Nice with Very Hard Beds
The hotel was very clean and overall nice in general. It seemed that only one elevator was working the weekend we were there. The beds are also the hardest hotel beds I've ever laid on. I travel weekly out of town for work and they were extremely hard compared to anywhere I've ever stayed.

They messed my booking up. Then the bathroom had a sliding barn door that had a huge crack in it, there was no privacy. When coming back there was no hot water for showers both nights. They overcharged me for the second night by 80$ now im fighting to get reimbursement.

Really disappointed with my stay. Upon checking in, we were not informed that there was no hot water available. Despite running the water for an extended period, it remained ice cold. This was extremely frustrating, especially after a long day of travel. A heads-up at check-in or some effort to address the issue would have made a difference. Unfortunately, this lack of communication impacted our overall experience.

Breakfast was just ok... Need fresh milk not 1% 2% only Cream-1/2+1/2 for coffee the other is total yuk. Eggs didnt taste like fresh scrambled. AND please use 100% cotton beddinf. The poly-blend type sheet HORRIBLE!!!
