Yet to disappoint

Constantly. Exceeds. Expectations I've come over the last 2 year's and yet to find fault. Staff are excellent, food generous and delicious, parking in the building, well lit and easy to navigate, rooms comfortable. Have returned and will return again.

I have stayed here before but this time it was disappointing. We arrived at 5pm to be told the room we had ordered wouldn't be ready until 6.20pm we didn't gain access until 6.40pm. We were given free drink each but I wanted to get to see the Leeds match with plenty of time to get there and the lack of time allowed to get there made the experience stressful. Would still stay her again as a good hotel and other than that blimp was great

Poor dining experience

Overall the stay was good. The room was clean and comfortable, with late breakfast available at weekends. The dining experience in the Inkwell bar/restaurant was very poor. Long waits at the bar to order even though there was enough staff. Ordered a steak, waitress was poor then had to go up to get a steak knife.

Cleanest room we've ever stayed in

The cleanest hotel we've ever stayed in. We loved our stay. Staff were helpful, room was spacious and layed out very well with plenty of room for your luggage. Will definitely stay here again.

Maybe think twice about staying here

Really poor customer service. Had a poor stay from issues with bar staff not being helpful with discounts expected due to status with hotels.com. To a room right by the lift which sounded like a a squealing cat every time it moved. Asked how my stay was I gave honest feedback. Receptionist says Sorry about that. No attempt to make it right.

We liked the spacious, well furnished room which was well sound proofed with no traffic noise; the underground carpark was very convenient and easy to use. We did not eat there but the food and drinks menu appeared reasonable. It's in a good location for walking to the city centre and station. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect as always!

Stayed here as part of a Mum & Daughter shopping weekend. Plenty of parking under the hotel, efficient and plesant check in. Wed booked a deluxe room with a king and a single bed. Clean room with great range of facilities. Stayed here many time and will continue to do so whilst standards remain this high. Thank you!
