Probably the nicest hotel in Leeds city centre, walking distance to everywhere and still on a quiet street. Parking is a challenge but everything else is great

Very poor condition

Hotel is in need of an update, peeling paint, crumbling plaster, air con vent clogged with dust, also the bathroom door will not close without lifting it into position, and loose tiles in bathroom. Carpets are grubby throughout.

Ok except breakfast service

Stayed here a number of times and lovely location and hotel but still same issues with breakfast, being slow and very cramped. Left after a fruit juice as way too slow this morning for service and very claustrophobic. Previously the actual food itself is very good just the slow service

This hotel is quite dated and the room and bathrooms are quite old and in need of a renovation. Worst part however was the fact that they do not check you in till 3 o'clock ! So I know that check in time in a lot of hotels is 3 but surely when the rooms are ready they can be handed to the guests so you do not have the entire hotel wanting to check in at 3 and everyone standing around reception for an hour . Terrible

Good hotel but a little noisy if your a light slee

Great hotel and good location. Rooms are big and have everything you need. Only downside is because I was on the top floor there was a lot of noise from the services which must be on the roof.

Nice hotel on central location

Parking at the local q-park went well (but was expensive). Hotel check-in went really well and room was cosy and comfortable. Good location and walking distance into the city centre.
