Absolutely fantastic. The staff were amazing - so friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, clean, comfortable and spacious. We had wonderful cocktails and food in the bar and restaurant. Would definitely return.

Check in was great. Staff went over and above. Really helpful and friendly. Beds really comfortable lots of pillows. Breakfast really nice. The poached eggs were one of the best i have had. The blueberry muffin was really fresh and tasty. Position of hotel really good. Complimentary hot chocolate in reception was a really nice touch. Would definitely stay here again

Was good, pillows are quite hard so struggled to sleep but all in all it was a nice stay. Very easy to get to and great location for walking around the city center if you came by train! Staff are lovely too!

Great hotel
Booked a cosy room, so knew it wasnt large. Only gripe was that we kept knocking into the hanging ironing board, storage for that could be better! Comfortable bed, great shower. Fabulous concierge. Really great location for city centre.

What a gem, fantastic!
From check in to check out it was fabulous. Friendly and helpful staff from reception to security, comfy bed spotlessly clean. Breakfast had so much choice and plenty of it. Couldn't ask for more, thank you.
