Staff were excellent. Hotel needs some renovations. The tub flooring was warped and uncomfortable to stand on for showering. Some chairs and benches in the breakfast area were stained and dated.

Bathtub nightmare - disgusting.
Housekeeping is not being managed to keep the standards of the Hilton brand. Our bathroom (specifically tub) was FILTHY. Black and orange mold lined the borders of the tub. I don’t complain about older properties - especially in towns where the options are very limited; however, there is no excuse for what we encountered.

Excellent value for the money! Clean, safe, comfortable hotel! They have added some nice touches like free breakfast and fresh baked cookies in the evening. Conveniently located within 5 miles of downtown Mount Dora and close drive to lots of additional shopping and restaurants. Great staff too. Friendly, courteous and helpful.

Great hotel
The front desk has great customer service. The hotel was clean. Hot breakfast was great! Good variety. The room was very clean. Our only complaints the brand new tv did not work so we had no tv. The front desk tried to fix it but couldn’t. The bed was very hard. This was room 102. I would stay there again however.

Comfy stay!
The hotel is no frills but it is comfy and has all you need! Cozy bed, cool AC, ample parking, tasty breakfast. And it's just a 7 minute drive from downtown Mt. Dora which has wonderful shops and restaurants.
