Ehhh hotel.
Was a basic hotel and I only needed one night. Room smelled musty, and ac vents were disgusting. Overall service was fine. TV had direct tv and the channels were buffering the whole time. Couldn’t watch TV. Woke up and there was sugar ants on the counter.

I completed the pre check in form which included our credit card. We checked in, staff was friendly and the room was clean. I received a call from the front desk while dining stating that my credit card wasn’t accepted. It had been working all day at gas stations and restaurants. I returned to the front desk and they attempted to process the card again with no luck. This made me think that the problem was on the hotel’s system as the card continue to work. I used another card and while a minor point, we usually use the denied card for cash back. The shower has 3 bottles with pumps for body wash, shampoo and conditioner. I don’t know if the bottle was empty or the pump didn’t work but I wasn’t able to get any shampoo. My wife went to the lobby for breakfast and she was wearing clean socks with grippers on the soles (like you get in the hospital). She was told that she couldn’t enter the breakfast room as she wasn’t wearing shoes. I realize that staff was just doing their job but when I saw kids with dirty flip flops I just didn’t understand. So we just left and won’t be returning.

The room was very clean and comfortable. I had a concerned about bedbugs, and i was told they have a pest control service to make sure rooms are clean and free of it. I will be staying at this place again.

The staff was good, but this hotel needs cleaning and many repairs. The front and back of our bathroom door were warped and peeling off from water damage. The bed was uncomfortable. Hallway carpeting was torn. The breakfast wasn’t very good.

When i walked into my first room it had a old musty smell to the room, I went to the restroom and there was a cockroach then the bed was dirty. Informed the front desk was very apologetic and said she had no more rooms so we asked for new sheets when we get back from dinner. When we return from dinner the front desk said she got us a new room. The new room had a less of the smell sheets were clean but the ceiling paint was coming off and had old wet stains.

The hotel has a terrible musty smell that is hard to ignore and needs some serious updates. The door locks were not working properly and we had to go to the front desk multiple time to have them reprogram the key so we could get back in our room. I noticed other guests having the same issue. The staff however was very nice and polite and the beds were comfortable. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness because I believe our rooms were clean, they just seemed extremely dingy because of the smell and the age of the carpet and flooring.

The room was way to small for what we paid for it, you could hardly move around 2 adults and a stroller. TV kept cutting in and out. the toilet in the bathroom is so short for older people it can be hard to get up. The people next to our room were talking so load at 12am in the morning we just checked out. Not sure that I would stay there again.
