The size of the room. We stayed in 107 and were pleasantly surprised. The food at the restaurant is a very high standard and service first class. Pool although great closed a bit early.

The staff at this property make it. As per other reviews the karaoke across rd can be a bit hard to take but the ear plugs work and it finishes at 12. We had a family room 2 large queen beds and heaps of room. Great location re restaurants massage etc.

The property was in such a good location. Staff were so very friendly and helpful. The bad thing about the hotel is the fact that there is a karaoke bar across the road from the hotel. It starts at 9.00pm every night and does not finish until midnight, 7 days a week! There are 29 guest rooms and only 7 lounges by the pool and not much shade.

I liked how central it was to beach,shopping and restuarants. The Legian pub across road can be loud till midnight. So if you want quiet probably not for you.

Was supposed to stay for 2 weeks, we lasted 4 nights before moving hotels. Aircon leaked twice, we moved rooms and that one leaked also. No buffet breakfast like stated on the add and was not good. Very loud karaoke bar across the road till about 1am every night, which wasn’t stated anywhere, younger staff were quite rude. Very disappointing. Got our Money back for the rest of the nights though. Very outdated hotel.

Really like this hotel. Renovated deluxe room was very roomy and well appointed. A lot of reviews nnot noise from the pub across the road but we were on the ground floor and found it no problem, pretty quiet and music finished pretty early. No bother Only downside about this hotel was the wifi. The wifi was sometimes ok but mostly it was very average.

A pleasant stay
This is a 3 star property and is located on JL Padma, behind the Padma Hotel. It was a Superior Suite room which is suitable for 2 people. Only 1 large bed is available for this room. We had asked for twin beds however they could not accomodate this request so please be mindful that only 1 king bed which cannot be changed. The pool was refreshing. The meals were ok, nothing special and plenty of food options down Garlic Lane which is close by. The staff were friendly. The bed was hard however I hear this is common in Bali. The price for a 3 star property was appropriate. It was very clean with daily housekeeping. Overall a very nice stay and would recommend as a good option in Legian which is an expensive area for hotels in general. Wifi was intermittent and at times slow. Hot water in shower on 1st day but only cold water for the next two days. Not on beach but close to walk.

Property looks nothing like the picture on the website. Linen although clean was greyish and looked dirty. Towels had holes and were stained. Room needed a good paint and repairs. I was given a room at the front of the hotel and could not sleep until after midnight when the Karaoke from the pub across the road stopped. Even though i requested a Queen bed i was given 2 single beds. Staff were very friendly and helpful though.

Expect Disappointment for the Price...
The hotel is old but clean. There are limited balcony rooms available. It has an odd shape pool around the ground floor rooms and guests @ the hotel can spit from the upper rooms into the pool. The staff are pleasant but the atmosphere of the hotel is a bit soulless. If you order drinks at the restaurant you may not get what you ordered because they do not have it on hand or they have run out of one or more of the ingredients required to make your drinks. The location is handy but you have put up with bad karaoke singers from the bar across the road until 12pm as the rooms are not sound proof!

First room stunk of cigarettes even though a non smoking room was requested ... they did upgrade that one to a suite we had 2 rooms booked. The room at the front room was nice bathroom tiny are con cold lots of tv channels and decent wifi ... come night time totally SUCKED omg so loud the music from all the restaurants and in the morning all the traffic sooo noisey. The suite was lovely massive bathroom and decent size bedroom cold air con but no wifi 😢 the pool was murky so we didn’t swim and the breakfast was decent off the menu good inclusive selection. Strange thing no top sheets on any of our beds. Location is fantastic just a shame about the noise and lack of wifi in the suites

Our stay was pleasant enough the hotel is a bit tired and needs a clean the internet is crap but the manager and staff were amazing, very helpful and cheerful all the time, the average usual Bali breakfast close to beach shopping and loads of restaurants Legian pub is over the roads and have karaoke every night til midnight so it’s a bit noisy
