Cheap and cheerful

Very basic but great for the price, mattress in my room was a bit weak and the walls are thin so noise disturbed me a little. Room was clean and quite comfortable, wifi worked.

ok

was ok for what you pay its nothing special, but they had parking so that was good, literally just slept and showered there. didnt use any other facillities. if you need somewhere cheap its worth it

Value for money

Pleasantly surprised after reading all negative comments. Room was simple but clean, reception friendly and welcoming and good breakfast. Very good value for money if you're looking for a central location and just need 1 or 2 nights stay.

Good value for money

Walking distance to town. Friendly service. Breakfast was freshly made eggs, Bacon, B/Beans (small quantity), Toast, Tea/Coffee/Creals. Parking outside available, but seems limited. TV available. Bad points No on-suite, they were all taken If you want to come in late, you need to put a £10 deposit for front door keys

Homless B & B With Room For Improvment

I found this place to be of very poor value and is in need of a complete make over. The staff are not all that polite and are very much in need of help to run and maintain this place to the proper standard it should be at. If you are hoping for the luxury of most popular Hotels or B & B's then this is not the place for you. The money that I paid did not fully go towards the room as the company I booked with took a share and that was also unacceptable alongside their failure to make sure the B & B is up to scratch for people to be within. Bless the people at the B & B but there is no reason not to improve the place or let it go to someone who can do so where they cannot afford to.

Nice hotel, centrally located.

Pros: Centrally located and convenient
Cons: General refurbishment.
Location: Watching football at Leicester city stadium, shopping and visiting the universities.
The hotel is not exactly new but it is fine for the prices charged. The staff members were excellent, being centrally located, the hotel is easily accessible from any part of town and ideal for people visiting the nearby universities like the Leicester university. Overall, the place is good and value for money and the management is keen on refurbishing it.
