Upstairs there isa master bedroom with the option of a King Size Bed or 2 x Single Beds and Large Wardrobe, a Single Bedroom with 1 x Single Bed, Clothes Storage and an Office Desk, and a Family Bathroom with Rain Shower. There is an option to sleep a fourth Person on the Downstairs Sofa Bed.

There is FREE Parking to the front of the property on a very quiet slip road, although you may have to give way to the ducks from time to time !!!

Within immediate walking distance of the house there is the Cosby Golf Course, local village pub 'The Bull's Head, a Butchers Shop, Cafes, Hairdressers, Indian & Chinese Restaurants, a Fish & Chips Shop, Off-License & Co-Op Convenience Store.
This peaceful and idylic village is home to many countryside walking paths and hostslots of annual community inspired projects like the now famous Yarn Bomb and popular Victory Show.

A lovely property in central Cosby. Extremely well presented and very well equipped. Great communication with the property manager, very prompt response when I had to arrange a later check in. Would certainly stay again.
