Our overall experience was good... A clean room with a nice design and way more equipped than we expected. However, since our arrival we noticed that the wifi was not working. Annoying as that was, the worst part was that it was impossible to get it touch with customer service. I understand that part of the concept of Limehome is no direct people service, but their 24/7 customer service was completely nonexistent. Several calls, on different days, to the number provided on check in led us simply to an automated call service that would end after 6 minutes of music.
