Beautiful hotel. Indoor pool was nice, however it was way too cold. I could not stay in pool with grandson very long, too cold. That was disappointing; It was one reason I chose to stay there. Housekeeping staff not the best. Beds not made. Linens not changed, I spilled coffee on bed and staff did not change sheets. Floor was not very clean in the room. Front desk staff on check out not very knowledgeable or friendly. Breakfast/dining staff were great. Very hospitable. Suggestions: clock in pool area would be nice. broom and dust pan in rooms if housekeeping not able to sweep floors, increase temp of pool water, so older guest can enjoy the pool. It is handicapped accessible, but most adults complained about the cold water. Breakfast was great and hot coffee in the lounge.

Our room was not cleaned very well, the shower had hair and soap scum in various locations of the stall. Found hair inside the bedding as if the sheets had not been changed and the bed was just remade from another visit. The room itself was really dusty and saw spider webs in the floor corner by the TV. Yes spider webs not dust web either way is not good. Flat surfaces were dusty. This is a fairly new building possible growing pains or just a lack of attention because it's a newer building. Finally housekeeping attempted to enter our room without announcing themselves the morning of checkout. We had literally just gotten out of the shower(we cleaned ourselves) so you can only imagine how that would have went. Overall this place needs some fine tuning. Staff need to be more attentive to the business.

This was our first stay at a tru. We stayed 3 nights and on 2 of the nights there were heavy footfalls in the room above us during early morning hours. Also no bureau so we lived out of our suitcases nor was there a microwave. Breakfast was adequate but no pancake machine. Staff wore casual clothes, jeans and any shirt they wanted. They looked unprofessional and were frequently away from the desk.
