No check in desk, new to me. Total colossal failure to communicate. Could nor reach these people on phone or on line. I had a tenant i met ( i knocked on tenants door) try to call the hotel as well a a business attached to the building. No answer on phone. I left, as it was getting late, i was charged for room in any case. I am bike touring,. Standing outside a building, no communication in foreign country, blows.

A puzzle of a place.
No teception area, had no idea how to get into the room. Did not a code would be sent by e-mail. Not very well marked on the street. Staircase was steep and dangerous, no lift so heavy baggage is a problem.

部屋に入った時すでに暖かく、外が寒かったのでとても素敵に感じました。写真以上に部屋も良かったと思います。ベッドルームが二つありシャワールームも含め全部屋暖房がありました。 滞在中に要望を伝えると、ホテルの方が部屋まで来てくれました。 良いホテルでした、次回ランスに来るときもまた泊まらせていただきたいと思ってます。

Très négatif je n'ai pas pu accéder à ma chambre car les clefs étaient accessibles depuis l'extérieur dans un dispositif sécurisé que je ne suis parvenu à ouvrir bien que disposant d'un code censé le permettre. Impossible de contacter quiconque à 22h pour signaler le dysfonctionnement. Obligé de rechercher un autre hôtel. Rappelez moi de ne plus jamais aller dans cet hôtel...

Systématiquement le frigo est baissé et systématiquement il décongèle du coup le d’opaline et le torchon sont trempé car servent à éponger l eau qui coule dès que l on ouvre le frigo !!! Cela fait plusieurs fois que cela se produit et je suis client régulier car chantier dans les environs ... pourquoi ne pas laisser à 3 pour éviter au moins qu il décongèle c est pénible tout de même !!!

Un très bon appart hotel, le seul souci fut la communication pour le code d'entrée puisqu'il m'a été envoyé par mail auquel je n'avait pas accès et non par sms. Sinon très propre, silencieux, bien équipé

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés rue du Quatre Septembre à Lens, nous avons été surpris de ne pas être informés sur le moyen d'obtenir la clé de l'appartement. Ce n'est qu'après de nombreux appels téléphoniques - notamment à l'opérateur de voyage Expédia qui ne nous a jamais répondu - que nous avons réussi à joindre le propriétaire. D'autres personnes étaient dans notre cas. Nous nous sommes aidés mutuellement. Par ailleurs, les télécommandes ne permettaient pas d'utiliser la TV. Enfin, un bruit fort de ventilation gênait le sommeil.

Correct niveau rapport qualité prix
On a juste utiliser l'appart' pour dormir un soir. appartement au niveau du toit. Plutôt propre le bémol des pigeons qui sont sur les toits et qui font du bruit au matin.
